I can't request a new item!

The "New item request" link will appear once your account is linked to you Supplier Group.
Creating a username does not automatically associate your account with your supplier group(s). 

  • If you are a supplier, you must email SupplierSupport@unfi.com with your Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) and your remit # for validation. Our support team will then add you to your Supplier Group as an administrator.


  • If you are a broker, you must email your respective suppliers so they can add you to their supplier group. Please include your username for the Supplier Portal when requesting administrative access from your supplier.
