Why am I receiving a message that says "No Items with that UPC"?

The message appears when your are looking up one of your existing products with the Item Lookup function on the dashboard. The UPC Search on the dashboard is used to lookup New Item Requests by item UPC,  NOT to find information on existing items. 

We may build a feature in the future to lookup existing item information, however, this feature does not currently exist.
